I have +20 years of experience with complex IT projects working with sales, advisory on implementation, project management, outsourcing and operation of business systems. My experience spans from idea to operation from a supplier, advisor as well as a customer role as CIO and as freelance Project Manager.

My approach to IT implementation is a process and business driven perspective. My focus in IT projects is to provide structure and to manage process improvements and organizational change in accordance with strategies to achieve desired business goals. I have experience working with LEAN, BPR and the process methodologies of the large international auditing companies.



I have 2 commercial degrees from Copenhagen Business School in terms of M.sc. degree of Cand. Merc. in strategic business analysis and planning and Diploma (HD) in Informatics and accounting. I am certified project manager at IPMA C level, SCRUM-master (lean project management) and PRINCE2 foundation. I attended Lean courses in 2010 and 2011.



My leadership style is open and participative and I am accustomed to negotiating with suppliers, employees and customers. I like the role as partner, facilitator, mediator and coach, but can easily cut through in negotiation situations. I enjoy working in a complex project environments with all the challenges in the mix of organization, culture and technology.

I would briefly summarize my strength to be in possession of a broad experience with a business-oriented approach to IT management with a good balance between development and the operations perspective. I have experience and insight to navigate the stakeholders and understand the importance of technical details without losing focus.
